Rev Stephen A Russell

Stephen Russell has extensive ministry training and ministry experience in a variety of fields pertaining to the Christian faith. He is an ordained minister.

Stephen hails from South Africa where he and his wife Dalene pioneered a church and a Christian School in the northeastern part of the country. Stephen worked inter-denominationally in the rural areas of the northeast as well as in seven countries in southern and central Africa, primarily training church leaders. The training and ministering mostly was done through speaking engagements at conferences and training seminars. He also taught at Bible Schools and served as adjunct faculty representative at a national missions training program in the capital city of Pretoria where he lectured on cross-cultural missions on a regular basis.

Stephen brings with him more than 25 years of pastoral ministry experience. This experience includes the following:

  • Team leader of the church they established in South Africa;
  • Chairman of the Trust of The King’s Court, the Christian school that was founded through their ministry;
  • He serves on the leadership of the Evangelical Ministers' Fellowship of Cape Cod and the Islands;
  •
    He is a member of the Cape Cod Hospital Pastoral Care Committee;
  •
    Serves on the leadership of a regional prayer initiative ministry on Cape Cod;
  •
    Leads the leadership team of New Life on Cape Cod.

The Russell family moved to Cape Cod in July 2001. They currently reside in Harwich on Cape Cod, MA. Their two daughters (both in their early twenties) are being trained for ministry in Pennsylvania and California.
